Spinach and Gruyere Strata

This strata is easy any yummy
as you assemble it the night before
and let it sit in the fridge overnight
just put in the oven the next day
I had it for brunch

based on the recipe from SmittenKitchen
but I halved the recipe and kept the spinach
amount the same.
